How long will my order take to be shipped?

All pieces available for purchase on our website are ready to be posted. This will happen within three working days. Custom orders will take approximately 7-10 days to be made and shipped.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Australia Post to ship our pieces. Depending on your location this can take approximately 4 -10 days. International orders can take up to 30+ days to arrive.



Do you create custom pieces?

Do you offer wholesale orders?

While we endeavour to ensure all of our items are accurately described and safely packaged, however we understand that issues can arise.

We will happily exchange or provide a refund if your item arrives faulty or if you feel it is not as described.

Please make contact within five (5) business days outlining your refund or exchange request.



To avoid marking the candle inserts, we suggest using candles in poly-carbonate cups. Please do not use candles in aluminium cups.



Where do you source your leadlight from?

All of our leadlight pieces are beautifully handmade in Western Australia. 



Where do you source your candles from?

All the candles featured in our images and at our pop-up stores are sourced from Crysta-Lee Candles in Perth. They can be found on Facebook.
